Policies and guidelines

When making reservations for four nights or more, a deposit of one-half the rental fee is required,
with the balance due upon arrival; the full rental fee is required for reservations of three nights or less.

Reservations made by phone will have 10 days to make payment, unless a last minute booking.

During the summer season (second Monday in June through Labor day) the cabins are generally
reserved for one to two week periods only, unless there are last minute cancellations. Before and after the summer season, cabins may be rented by the night, with two nights required on weekends. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance (from the first day of the month) and are recommended at all times.

Cancellations of 30 days in advance will receive a full refund less $20 handling fee. Personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards are accepted.

Senior Discounts

Persons 60 years and older will receive 10% off regular rates. Please inform the receptionist when making a reservation if this senior citizen discount applies to you.

Pets

Dogs and cats are permitted in a limited number of cabins with fee, call for reservations with pets.
